Facebook - Women in Tech

The Ask

Design and deliver Facebook's exhibition presence at the 2019 Grace Hopper Celebration, the world's largest gathering of women in technology. Reimagine a 30x40 ft booth as a community-driven creative space that celebrated women in tech, educated attendees about life at Facebook, and positioned the brand as a cultural ally, not just a recruiter.

Strategic Approach

Strategic Approach

The stand was designed around the concept of Community Spirit. Rather than a traditional recruitment booth, the space was built as a neighborhood where attendees could create, build, and pay it forward. Every activation mapped to one of four emotional touchpoints, and the visual identity drew from street art, bold color, and Facebook's own UI language. The goal was brand sentiment, not resume collection.
