The strategy centered on humanizing the conference through color psychology and multi-sensory design. Each touchpoint was built around a See, Hear, Smell framework, mapping the brand's color palette to emotional responses and layering in soundscapes and scent to move delegates through a deliberate arc from arrival to departure.
